On a cold April evening, we brought our interpretation of Bunny Mellon’s famed Virginia Oak Spring Garden to the Park Avenue Armory, in celebration of Tiffany’s newest high jewelry collection, Blue Book 2026: Hidden Garden. We jumped ahead of the season by forcing 800 foxglove plants into flower, then hunted for all the plants we needed (very scarce in a frigid April) for our 6,000 square foot landscape, and against many odds, we even managed to get the cherry trees to bloom on time. We sourced nearly everything locally, and after the festivities, we donated the plants, so they now live on in community gardens throughout the region. A coup!
